“From Real to Virtual and Back to Real; working a life straddling the 20th & 21st Century”
"The arc of this story spans centuries. It is about finding value, making objets de vertu in silver, and passing artistic knowledge from generation to generation."

Wendy Yothers is a silversmith by trade. She holds a BFA from the University of Michigan, and received her education as a silversmith at the National College of Goldsmithing Finland. She continued her studies in Europe, earning a diploma from the Institute of Precious Metal Design and Production in Copenhagen.

Yothers worked as a production silversmith and was promoted to model making for new product development at Kirk-Stieff in Baltimore. While working at Tiffany & Co., she worked with the Archives studying process methods, and restoring and maintaining hollowware from the collection.

Her work as an artist is found in the collections of the Victoria & Albert, the Smithsonian American Art Museum, The Museum of the City of New York, and many private collections.
